Wellington Sculpture Trust
I have worked for the Wellington Sculpture Trust, contributing to a variety of print and digital projects that support their mission of enriching the city with contemporary public art. My work has included designing invitations, flyers, maps, and assisting with website content, ensuring clear and visually engaging communication for their initiatives.
For KIMI fundraising campaign, I designed a flyer that reflected the sculpture’s form and concept. The colours were chosen to connect with the location, while the design echoed the sculpture’s reflective surface and significance as a marker of place. A donation form was integrated into the flyer, helping to support the Trust’s fundraising efforts.
Another key project was the Merging Blocks: 4 Plinths exhibition, showcasing international artworks outside Te Papa. My designs for the event ensured a strong, cohesive visual identity, enhancing engagement with this important temporary installation.
For PARK(ing) Day, I designed a map and flyer to help the public navigate Cuba Street’s transformed parking spaces and engage with the event. The map marked the locations of participating artists, making it easy for visitors to explore installations and vote for their favourite artwork. My approach focused on clarity and accessibility, ensuring the design was visually engaging while serving a functional purpose. By creating a well-structured layout, I helped enhance public participation and interaction, reinforcing the event’s mission of reimagining urban space.
